WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a GROWTH MANAGER ESTONIA to join our mission-driven team. The Growth Manager will play a crucial role in driving significant user acquisition and listings within the Estonian market, contributing to Yaga's expansion at the top of the funnel. This role calls for a creative, strategic thinker with strong writing and content creation skills, and a deep understanding of the local market.

The ideal candidate is driven by a sense of urgency and curiosity, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. This is a hands on role, where you will be working closely together with cross-functional teams to deliver strategies that bring exceptional growth and enhance retention, while being the main person bringing those strategies to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute cross-channel growth strategies specifically designed for the Estonian market, aimed at increasing user base and active listings (could include, but not limited to OOH, PR)

• Own and run Yaga’s Social Media channels based on growth strategy

• Collaborate with the Growth Manager South Africa to identify and apply successful strategies and campaigns across both regions, promoting cross-market learning and effectiveness

• Establish and maintain partnerships with local brands and influencers to enhance visibility and growth within the Estonian market

• Analyse local market trends and user feedback to provide strategic recommendations and continuously improve growth efforts

• Adapt global marketing initiatives to resonate with local preferences and cultural nuances, ensuring brand consistency and relevance

YOU’RE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU

• Are fluent in Estonian and English, with excellent writing skills

• Have 1-3 years of experience in marketing, particularly in building and scaling user bases within the Estonian market

• Have experience conceptualisting and launching campaigns across a number of channels, for example social media, out of home, and PR

• Have strong collaborative and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with both local teams and international counterparts

• Are highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged

• Are impact-oriented, focusing on strategies and initiatives that directly contribute to the company’s growth metrics and market penetration

• Have interest in fashion and resonate with Yaga’s mission on creating a positive environmental change
